About the role#
Master Control Assistants support the daily operations of production facilities at Ithaca College. You will work alongside professional staff to manage student requests and ensure that lab spaces remain organized and accessible. This is a paid, on-site position with rolling start dates.
What you'll do#
- Help professional staff manage student needs and inquiries.
- Process room reservations for future use.
- Handle individual patron reservations and spontaneous checkouts.
- Guide patrons to their assigned workspaces or editing suites.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with Premiere software.
- Understanding of the layout of production facilities and labs.
- Knowledge of the specific technologies used in our labs.
- Awareness of college policies regarding facility use.
- Enrollment in a program such as Media Studies, Communications, or Graphic Design.
