About the role#
The Center for Theatre and Dance Summer Maintenance Crew assists in the upkeep of production inventory and shop spaces. This role provides students with the opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a professional setting under the supervision of faculty and staff.
What you'll do#
- Clean, inventory, and maintain shop facilities and equipment.
- Assist with the management of production inventory and spaces.
- Run errands using the department van if you are 21 years of age or older.
What you'll need#
- Experience in theatrical costumes, props, lighting, sound, or scenery.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance and inventory tasks.
- Familiarity with production inventory management.
- Eligibility for early arrival housing check-in.

- Location: Ithaca, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (August 17–21, 2026).
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7.5 hours per day.
- Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour.
- Modality: On-site.
