About the role#
This position at Campus Center Dining focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring positive guest experiences. You will gain professional experience through on-the-job training in a collaborative environment. This role is open to students in Nursing, Public Health, and Civil Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Maintain knowledge of all food items on service lines, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens.
- Prepare service lines by cleaning and sanitizing, turning on hot and cold wells, and ensuring the proper display of menus.
- Set up serving stations with required menu items, utensils, and condiments.
- Monitor food temperatures and record data at required intervals.
- Replenish service lines and assist with dining room preparation, including cleaning tables and high-touch points.
- Comply with all sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures including HACCP regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and management.

- Schedule: Part-time, ranging from 4 to 20 hours per week, with shifts available Monday through Saturday.
