About the role#
The Student Ambassador Work Study position supports the Admissions Office at Ellsworth Community College. You will help create a welcoming experience for prospective students and their families. This role is open for the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors at the GSC.
- Lead campus tours for prospective students and their parents.
- Support Panther Preview Days, Career Fairs, and other recruiting events.
- Handle office tasks including mailings, data entry, and shredding.
- Send follow-up messages to prospective students after their campus visits.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong technology skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- A helpful attitude when working with others.

- Location: Iowa Falls, IA.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Pay: $9.00 per hour.
- Modality: On-site.
- Enrollment: Part-time.
