About the role#
This Athletics Work Study position supports game operations at Marshalltown Community College. You will help ensure athletic events run smoothly throughout the fall and spring terms. There are 30 openings available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Manage game operations like scoreboards, game clocks, and scorebooks.
- Set up equipment and prepare the playing surface before games and events.
- Tear down equipment and clear the playing surface after events conclude.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and baseball.
- A helpful attitude and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
Location & details#
- Location: Marshalltown, Iowa.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- Pay: $9.00 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
