About the role#
The Data and Analytics Intern will support the team in analyzing online conversations and transforming digital data into actionable insights. This role focuses on building foundational skills in social listening and digital analytics, requiring a balance of data analysis and storytelling. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Develop and refine search queries to capture relevant online conversations.
- Gather and organize social and digital data from analytics platforms.
- Detect trends, patterns, and key themes within large datasets.
- Convert complex data into clear, concise insights and narratives.
- Support the creation of client-ready deliverables, including presentations and written reports.
- Learn and apply new analytical tools and methodologies.
- Assist with internal AI projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

- Location: Washington, DC (On-site)
- Term: Fall 2026 (Beginning August 31, 2026)
- Compensation: $19/hour for undergraduate candidates; $24/hour for graduate candidates.
