About the role#
As an HR Process Mapping Intern, you will work on projects that shape how we operate. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada and provides hands-on experience in HR operations.
What you'll do#
- Document and update existing HR processes.
- Test key HR processes to find areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to validate hypotheses and draft conclusions.
- Write standard HR procedures based on your findings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A structured analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
