About the role#
BBI Logistics is looking for a student to join our team as a Recruiting Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, full-time internship provides practical experience in talent acquisition. You will work alongside our recruiting team to learn the full cycle of hiring, from sourcing to extending offers. You will also have a mentor and work with our College Relations Program Manager throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Learn the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing, and offering candidates.
- Shadow our recruiting team and participate in weekly interview meetings with leadership.
- Identify and connect with potential candidates by crafting and sending outreach messages.
- Review applications to determine next steps based on role requirements.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews as your responsibilities grow.
- Present a portfolio project to leadership that showcases your summer accomplishments.
- Collaborate with other interns during volunteer activities and company outings.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior undergraduate status pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- A hard-working and positive spirit.
- Ability to learn and work in an office environment.
