About the role#
As an HR Intern at SwiftX, you will support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet hiring needs within our logistics environment. You will also assist with general HR operations and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, and candidate selection.
- Partner with operations teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external partners.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience for applicants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Track candidate data in ATS systems and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and general HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
