About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Perry, Oklahoma. You will work with the Strategic Technologies team, business stakeholders, and IT groups to improve data quality across enterprise applications. The program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. We require all interns to be available for the full duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Partner with IT and business teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate or outdated records.
- Assist in the development and testing of data validation rules and governance practices.
- Research and evaluate AI tools to automate data management and identify anomalies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design sustainable processes for maintaining reliable data.
- Document workflows and future-state processes to support continuous improvement.
- Present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior standing is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, generative AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Understanding of databases and data structures.
- Demonstrated interest in data management, process improvement, or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
