Insomniac - Paid Fall Community Engagement Intern

About the role#

Insomniac Events is seeking a Community Engagement Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the department responsible for bridging the gap between our brands and our fans, known as Headliners. You will assist in creating meaningful connections across social platforms and on-site event experiences, ensuring the Headliner voice is integrated into brand decisions.

What you'll do#

• Brainstorm and execute creative, Headliner-focused initiatives.
• Assist with the ideation of on-site activations, interactive moments, and community-driven experiences.
• Track, organize, and analyze Headliner feedback, trends, and sentiment across social platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Marketing, Operations, and Production, to apply community insights to brand strategy.
• Act as a thoughtful observer of Headliner behavior to surface ideas that enhance the festival experience.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school.
• Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Media Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Art.
• Ability to work on-site at the Calabasas, CA office at least 2 days per week.
• A motivated, "everything is possible" attitude.
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac brands is a plus.

• Location: Calabasas, California.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Hours: 16–29 hours per week.
• Compensation: Paid position ($16.90 – $18.00 per hour).
• Work Modality: On-site.
