Insomniac - Paid Fall Marketing Internship

About the role#

Insomniac Events is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join the team in Calabasas for the Fall 2026 term. This paid internship provides an opportunity to gain a well-rounded understanding of the Insomniac marketing ecosystem by working across several key divisions. This role reports to the Brand Strategy Manager and requires an on-site presence.

What you'll do#

• Work with and shadow leads from various marketing divisions, including festival and concert marketing, digital advertising, social marketing, and marketing technology.
• Contribute creative ideas to the brand strategy team for content and campaigns while researching industry trends.
• Assist with project management tasks via Asana, including streamlining asset approvals and submitting tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across multiple marketing channels.
• Help update content briefs to ensure they align with the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in presentation development with excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with image editing software, such as Photoshop or Canva, is preferred.
• Ability to work 16-29 hours per week.
