About the role#
We are looking for a Project Engineering Intern to join our team in Indianapolis. This role offers a hands-on learning experience where you will work alongside engineers and project managers. You will gain exposure to engineering processes, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration on real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects.
- Support the development of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and technical reports.
- Participate in design reviews, process improvement initiatives, and technical evaluations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Monitor project progress to identify potential risks or delays.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
- Completion of at least two years of coursework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
