About the role#
As a Business Technology Intern, you will work with our team to improve internal systems and workflows. You will gain experience with enterprise technology platforms, AI applications, and process improvement initiatives while contributing to projects that solve real business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Partner with technical administrators to configure and enhance Atlassian tools, such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Research, test, and experiment with Artificial Intelligence capabilities within our current technology toolset.
- Analyze business and IT processes, document your findings, and draft recommendations for new or improved workflows.
- Help address organizational challenges by researching, developing, and implementing practical solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, reference materials, and process guides to support operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent research and documentation abilities.
- A critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- The position is for the Summer 2027 term.
