About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Winter 2027 based in Indianapolis. You will work with the Learning & Development team to create and update training materials. This role focuses on supporting employee growth through various learning initiatives and technology projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and update training materials for instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats.
- Support eLearning projects through content creation, quality testing, video editing, and graphic design.
- Partner with the team on onboarding, curriculum updates, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Research and organize content to meet specific learning objectives and business needs.
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting.
- Attend project planning meetings and suggest improvements for learning initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program, specifically in Communications or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience with LMS platforms, multimedia tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
