About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers the opportunity to work as a Hardware Engineer at IMC. You will receive professional support through educational training and a dedicated mentor who will oversee your work and development. Interns who meet performance expectations may be considered for a full-time Graduate Hardware Engineer position at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Enhance your knowledge of algorithm complexity, professional design, and coding.
- Work on meaningful and challenging projects.
- Participate in classroom-based training covering financial markets, company technology, and hardware design.
- Engage in professional development sessions.
- Attend a full schedule of events and social activities.
What you'll need#
- Current university student graduating between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient experience in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or other RTL programming.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in solving complex problems programmatically.
- Desire to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Interest in financial markets (previous knowledge is not required).
