About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in trading. You will work alongside traders and technologists to learn how our firm operates. You will receive support from dedicated mentors and trainers throughout the program. Interns who meet performance expectations may be considered for a full-time Graduate Trader position after the program ends.
What you'll do#
- Attend classroom training on options theory, financial market principles, and trading simulations.
- Collaborate with teams on projects that impact our business.
- Develop your skills with regular feedback from your mentor and intern lead.
- Build professional connections through team projects and social events.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program with an expected graduation date between September 2027 and July 2028.
- A degree path in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complex problems.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Programming experience in languages like Python, Matlab, or R is a plus.
- Interest in financial markets, though prior knowledge is not required.
