About the role#
As a Residential Solar Pricing & Incentives Intern, you will work within the residential solar business. You will support operational processes related to incentives, payments, and financial modeling. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our solar and storage offerings.
What you'll do#
- Support incentive and payment operations for the residential solar business.
- Create training materials, including user guides and job aids.
- Audit completed work to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update pricing and financial models for solar and storage products.
- Analyze residential markets and products, specifically focusing on customer savings and developer margins.
- Collaborate with internal teams and engineering, procurement, and construction partners.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, nested IF statements, and Boolean logic.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
