About the role#
As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will join our team to help build and support our enterprise data strategy. You will act as a technical resource to develop analytics solutions that improve how we use data across the company. This role involves gathering business requirements and building reports or dashboards that provide clear insights for our teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development and maintenance of our enterprise data strategy.
- Use business intelligence and visualization software to create data solutions.
- Troubleshoot data issues and help resolve them.
- Maintain scalable data pipelines to handle increasing data volume.
- Manage complex, multi-source data sets to meet functional business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for statistics, computer science, computer engineering, information management/systems, or business analytics.
- Experience applying basic statistical methods to business problems.
- Knowledge of data modeling using SQL.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Java, or R.
- Familiarity with analytics visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data findings clearly.
