About the role#
We are looking for an AI Intern to join our team in St. Louis. You will support our AI initiatives by identifying business opportunities and building Microsoft Copilot solutions. This role involves working with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical tools and guiding projects from initial concept to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Design and build Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Assist with the full solution lifecycle, including needs assessment, configuration, and testing of Copilot agents.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
- Support change management activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and prompting techniques.
- Knowledge of solution lifecycle activities like prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Understanding of Agile project delivery concepts.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud technologies.
- Experience using Git or other version control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to explain technical findings.
- Demonstrated superior academic performance.
- No more than 2 years of professional experience, excluding internships.

- This position is based on-site in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- The internship term is rolling.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
