About the role#
This internship offers hands on experience with business process automation and AI solutions. You will work with IT and business teams to build tools using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. The role focuses on practical application, documentation, and supporting operational improvements.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain basic business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Support the development and testing of AI tools and Copilot solutions.
- Partner with business teams to gather information and document requirements for new projects.
- Create documentation for workflows, solution designs, and testing results.
- Follow security guidelines and development standards.
- Monitor existing tools, report issues, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Join Agile project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of automation logic or basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Basic experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate, UIPath, or n8n.
- Understanding of LLM principles, prompt engineering, and experience with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Basic experience using agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
