About the role#
We are seeking interns for our Data Analytics and Data Science functions within the Enterprise Data and Innovation team. You will spend the summer gaining hands-on experience by contributing to real-world projects, attending meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program includes mentorship, professional development workshops, and an end-of-internship presentation to showcase your work.
What you'll do#
- Assist in daily operations and support the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance department efficiency.
- Analyze large retail, wholesale, and supply chain datasets using GCP BigQuery, SQL, and Python.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
- Assist in building, training, and testing machine learning models for business applications like demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
- Conduct data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
- Build and evaluate models using GCP Vertex AI and BigQuery ML.
- Explore generative AI and LLM tools to prototype new solutions.
- Develop professional relationships and complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python is required.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Google products, and BigQuery is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
