About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry. You will work with the Marketing and Communications teams to support brand development, conduct market research, and explore new technology opportunities. You will also complete a final presentation to showcase your learning objectives and project outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks within your department.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and various project documents.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and share your ideas.
- Perform market research on ES3, competitors, and target customer bases.
- Research AI opportunities and help formulate long-term strategic recommendations.
- Develop professional relationships across different departments.
- Complete special projects as assigned by your manager.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must have completed your Sophomore year before the start of the internship.
- Good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Currently majoring in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with Google products is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A curious mindset and the initiative to learn.
