About the role#
IEWC is hiring an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will support our end users by resolving hardware and software issues through phone calls, remote tools, and in-person visits.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot and resolve user help desk calls.
- Handle daily user administration tasks on corporate systems.
- Diagnose and fix issues with production equipment.
- Build and reimage computers while managing peripherals.
- Stay updated on application changes and industry trends to support our internal systems.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Junior or Senior student pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You should be a collaborative team player who is eager to learn.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, type, stand, and reach. You must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and walk moderate distances.
