About the role#
This 12-week, full-time summer internship offers junior-status college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analytics. Interns work alongside finance professionals to support business decisions, develop reporting skills, and improve financial processes. Participants are assigned a dedicated mentor and have the potential to join the company full-time upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Create financial dashboards and tools to support informed decision-making.
- Use SQL, VBA, and other analytical tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and uncover opportunities for improved business performance.
- Partner with various Finance teams, including Accounting, Credit, Tax, and Operations, on projects to expand your business knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in a bachelor’s degree program for Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or IT.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- SQL or programming experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Pleasant Prairie, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Kenosha, WI; Waukegan, IL; and Glenview, IL.
- Complimentary housing is provided for out-of-town interns.
- Interns have access to on-site amenities, including a café and fitness center, and participate in networking events and professional development sessions.
