About the role#
The Operations Integration team manages how different groups, processes, and technologies work together across the organization. This includes areas like Procurement, Real Estate, and the CIO office. As an intern, you will learn our approach to integration and help identify ways to maximize synergies during these transitions.
What you'll do#
- Create and carry out strategies to help teams and partners work together.
- Manage the rollout of new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Work with different teams to spot integration challenges and find solutions.
- Guide team members through transitions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Track progress, report on results, and suggest ways to improve our processes.
- Research industry trends to keep our integration strategies current.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have an interest in the acquisition process.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to build relationships and gain consensus among stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in deploying new technologies and processes across various applications.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based in New York, New York.
