About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the Skills, Strategy, Operations, and Transformation space. You will work on strategic initiatives, performance optimization, and project acceleration. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and supports the organization in preparing for future challenges.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of new strategies.
- Analyze key performance indicators and prepare reports or presentations with insights and recommendations.
- Participate in projects to simplify and automate workflows.
- Create educational materials to support new ways of working.
- Help design and deliver programs that foster career development.
- Support the planning and tracking of organizational resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university as a rising senior for the 2027-2028 school year.
- Availability for a full-time internship during Summer 2027.
- Fluency in English.
- A strategic, consultative, and data-driven mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of analytical tools and project management principles.
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills to turn research into insights.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.
- Employment: Paid, full-time internship.
