About the role#
The Global Facility Management Process Intern works with the Global FM Process Owner to improve facility management standards and technology. You will help design end-to-end processes and assist with digital transformation projects. This role involves analyzing operational data and working with global teams to improve efficiency, sustainability, and the overall workplace experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and documentation of SOPs, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
- Participate in process mapping, workflow analysis, and root cause identification.
- Assist technology teams by gathering requirements and documenting user stories for facility management platforms.
- Analyze operational performance data to create dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and communication content for global teams.
- Research industry trends, including AI, automation, and workplace innovation.
- Support pilot programs designed to improve service delivery and operational performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Interest in process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation.
- Experience with data visualization tools, Lean, Six Sigma, or platforms like TRIRIGA, Maximo, and Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
