About the role#
As a Consultant Intern for SAP, you will join IBM to work on real client projects. You will support teams as they implement SAP solutions to help clients improve business functions like finance, supply chain, and human resources. This internship offers a chance to build technical expertise and consulting skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and coaching. High-performing interns may be considered for the full-time Associate Program.
What you'll do#
- Support teams working on SAP solutions and transformation projects.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and reporting.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to understand client needs.
- Collaborate with both functional and technical teams.
- Develop data-driven recommendations using quantitative analysis skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program with a record of academic success.
- Majors including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate through active listening.
- Leadership experience and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
- A growth mindset and the initiative to seek new knowledge.
- An interest in enterprise technology consulting, business transformation, and ERP systems.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Preferred: Exposure to ERP systems, SAP concepts, SQL, XML, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, or project management tools.
