About the role#
This internship provides exposure to institutional finance through Corporate, Specialty and Government Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking. The program begins in May 2027 and is designed for students seeking a foundation in these areas. You will choose your area of interest during the application process.
What you'll do#
Your responsibilities depend on your chosen division. You will support portfolio management and underwriting activities within Credit Products. You will also assist the origination team with client management and pitch strategies. You will work with junior and senior team members to develop new business ideas and help execute business lines that assist clients in reaching their financial and strategic goals.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate junior or student enrolled in a graduate-level degree program.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Focus in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Huntington will not provide immigration sponsorship.
