About the role#
Howmet Aerospace is looking for students to join our Summer 2027 internship program in Cleveland. This full-time, paid position offers 10-14 weeks of structured, hands-on training. We aim to evaluate interns for potential entry-level roles upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Take part in structured training including plant tours, seminars, and speaker training.
- Participate in networking events to connect with team members.
- Complete a specific project designed to add direct value to our business.
- Present your project findings to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- You must have completed at least your sophomore year of coursework.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Relevant work, research, or internship experience is a plus.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
