About the role#
This position offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will perform duties similar to full-time engineering staff, focusing on equipment productivity and facility maintenance. You will work on projects to improve system reliability and efficiency while gaining exposure to plant operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn to use Enterprise Asset Management software and assist with reliability improvements.
- Update engineering documentation for plant water, industrial sewer, and compressed air distribution systems.
- Evaluate system designs and recommend improvements for water-saving and energy conservation initiatives.
- Supervise plant maintenance employees on a relief basis.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering degree program, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Access to a personal motor vehicle for travel to and from the workplace.
