About the role#
This co-op position supports our roadway engineering teams in Ohio during the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. You will work on infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience with engineering tasks that align with your academic studies. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams with daily project tasks.
- Assist with the research, development, and design of roadway projects.
- Help prepare engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Perform basic engineering calculations.
- Organize project information for use in drawings and reports.
- Accept and apply guidance from supervisors and peers.
- Learn introductory shop drawing and submittal procedures.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program, preferably with at least two years completed.
- Majors in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A basic understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to organize information and perform basic calculations.

- Locations: Blue Ash, Cleveland, or Columbus, Ohio.
- Term: Fall 2026 through Winter 2027.
