About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring RBT / Behavior Hero Fellows to provide one-on-one ABA services. This is a part-time position where you work directly with clients to support their independence and behavior goals. You will join our clinical team to implement care plans and help children with Autism.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to helping children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Sutherland, Nebraska.
- Services occur in client homes or community locations.
- This is a part-time, paid position with a rolling start date.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment from candidates.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
