About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This role involves working directly with clients to support their goals using Applied Behavior Analysis. You will join our clinical team to implement care plans and help children build new skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
- Carry out skill-building and care plans as a member of the clinical team.
- Use electronic devices to record session data.
- Create a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children who have Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site in client homes or community locations.
- This is a part-time, paid position.
- We are looking for candidates who can commit to a 6-month period.
