About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one ABA services to clients. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans. This is a part-time role that requires a 6-month commitment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data accurately on electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Connect with families to support client progress.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin work.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to support children with Autism.
- Experience in fields like education, childcare, youth mentorship, or behavioral health is helpful, but not required.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site in clients' homes or community settings.
- This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling start date.
