About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring Behavior Hero Fellows to provide one-on-one ABA services. This is a part-time position where you will work directly with clients to implement care plans and build new skills. You will work in clients' homes or community settings. We ask for a 6-month commitment to the role.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
