About the role#
Heartland ABA is looking for RBTs to join our team in the Saint Louis area. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. We offer part-time positions with the flexibility to choose your own cases. This is a chance to build your clinical experience, with opportunities to accumulate both restricted and unrestricted hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients.
- Communicate and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current RBT certification.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn.
- A 6-month commitment to the role.
- Experience in fields like education, childcare, mental health, or healthcare support is helpful but not required.
