About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow to join our team in North Platte. This is a part-time position focused on providing direct care to children with Autism. You will work in client homes or community-based settings to implement care plans and help clients build new skills. We are looking for individuals who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with children.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients.
- Connect with families as a member of our clinical team.
What you'll need#
- RBT certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Patience and compassion when working with children.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn.
