About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This is a part-time role that focuses on providing direct support to children with Autism. You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans and assist clients in building skills. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans to support client independence.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
- Serve as an active member of our clinical team.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to work with children with Autism.

- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work Modality: On-site in client homes or community-based locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: Paid position with access to same-day pay options.
