About the role#
Heartland ABA is looking for individuals to join our team as a Future RBT or Behavior Hero Fellow in the Saint Louis area. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. We offer paid training for those who are new to the field, and we support professional growth through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs. This is a part-time position that requires a 6-month commitment.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients and maintain connections with their families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification, which is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to help children with Autism.

- Location: Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work Modality: On-site in client homes or community locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
