About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position in Saint Louis. This role involves providing direct one-on-one ABA services to clients. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans. This is a part-time position that requires a 6-month commitment. We offer opportunities to accumulate restricted and unrestricted hours for those pursuing further certification.
What you'll do#
- Provide ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
- Support client independence and positive behavior.
- Implement care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn.
- Interest in supporting children with Autism.

- Work modality: On-site in client homes or community locations.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
