About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow to join our team in Saint Louis. This role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients. You will work directly with children with Autism to support their independence and positive behavior. This is a part-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Record session data accurately on electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and build relationships with families.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you start working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to helping children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- Work is performed on-site at client homes or in community locations.
- This is a paid, part-time role.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment from candidates.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
