About the role#
This paid internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Finance and Accounting departments. You will work alongside multiple functional groups to support core business operations. Throughout the summer, you will own real projects and contribute to the team while gaining exposure to our global business environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial and data analysis, research, system administration, and process improvement.
- Participate in global learning workshops and networking events with other interns and Haworth staff.
- Attend NeoCon to observe industry trends.
- Present project findings before large audiences.
- Use your educational background to solve business problems and improve processes.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Finance or Accounting.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A major GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
- Preferred skills include experience with Python, AI tools, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP software.
- A desire to learn, research solutions, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage projects to completion and a commitment to professional growth.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Holland, Michigan.
- The program runs from May 2027 to August 2027.
