About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join a cohort of approximately 50 interns for a 12-week program that includes hands-on projects, professional workshops, and attendance at NeoCon. This role offers exposure to manufacturing processes and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Configure plant-floor visual displays using Ignition and CREO navigation.
- Use structured problem-solving tools like 5-Whys, Fishbone, and A3 to identify data failures.
- Support data loading for maintenance of business and new product introductions.
- Participate in weekly workshops covering networking, public speaking, and business tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to work on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
- Unrestricted right to work in the US.
- Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheet applications, and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A GPA of 2.95 or higher, experience with SAP, or familiarity with Pro/E or CREO CAD software are preferred.
- Previous work or extra-curricular experience is a plus.
