About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join a cohort of approximately 50 interns for a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in a manufacturing and business environment. The program includes attendance at NeoCon, interactive workshops on networking, public speaking, and AI tools, along with opportunities to connect with mentors and participate in social events.
What you'll do#
- Assist with go-to-market strategy projects.
- Benchmark competitors from a marketing perspective.
- Analyze competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real business projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet applications, and MS Office.
- A desire to learn, question, and research solutions to problems.
- Unrestricted right to work in the US.
We prefer candidates with an overall GPA of 2.95 or higher, previous employment or internship experience, and involvement in extra-curricular activities like clubs or athletics.
