About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join a cohort of interns for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. The role involves hands-on work with the Office Seating team, including attendance at NeoCon to observe industry trends. You will participate in workshops on networking, public speaking, and business AI tools while connecting with mentors across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research.
- Support product launches and portfolio management.
- Analyze sales data and gather customer insights.
- Contribute to AI and innovation projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business, Marketing, AI, Sales, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A GPA of 2.95 or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines.
- Comfort with spreadsheet applications and personal computers.
- Prior employment, Haworth experience, or extra-curricular involvement is preferred.
