About the role#
Hatch is seeking a Digital Marketing Student for a Winter 2027 internship. You will report to the Internal Communications team and work from our office in Mississauga. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic learning to real-world projects while working with a global marketing and communications team.
What you'll do#
- Support the marketing and communications team with ongoing projects.
- Interface with business groups across mining and metals, energy, infrastructure, digital solutions, and investments.
- Attend and contribute to department and project team meetings.
- Handle various administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a 2nd or 3rd year student in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field like communications, culture, information & technology.
- Submission of an official or unofficial transcript.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals.
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Critical and creative thinking skills with the ability to adapt to change.

- Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
