About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business and technology. You will work with analysts and business leaders on projects that improve internal workflows and productivity. This is an opportunity to learn how business requirements are identified, documented, and translated into technical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Create and maintain business artifacts including requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.
- Analyze data and prepare recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings by capturing notes and tracking action items.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or master’s program.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
- A passion for books.
- Exposure to JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
- Submission of both a resume and a cover letter addressed to the Hiring Team.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 - August 12, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, Monday - Thursday.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
