About the role#
This is a 12-month full-time internship based in Mississauga. You will join the Regulatory Affairs team to gain hands-on experience by assisting with daily operations, documentation, and compliance tasks. This position follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Support artwork and labelling activities, including development and review.
- Work with local and global cross-functional teams to help implement new processes.
- Respond to requests for regulatory information.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of regulatory submissions.
- Help prepare for audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Regulatory Affairs team.
What you'll need#
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- You must be a recent graduate within the last two years or currently enrolled in a post-graduate Regulatory Affairs certificate program.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database software, and documentation management systems.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues related to technical information and documentation.
- A post-graduate certificate in Regulatory Affairs is strongly preferred.
- Previous work experience in a related field is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: 12 months, rolling.
- Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 base salary.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Note: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available.
